Payment Methods
We accept payments via PayPal. PayPal also allows you to pay using major credit and debit cards.

Shipping, Delivery & Customs
Shipping within Japan is a flat rate of JPY 1,500. Orders of JPY 30,000 or more qualify for free shipping.
* Shipping rates to countries other than Japan vary.
As our products are shipped internationally from Korea, import duties and consumption taxes may be imposed by customs authorities in the destination country.
Orders totaling JPY 10,000 or less are generally duty-free and exempt from import duties and consumption tax. In addition, under the special taxation rule where only 60% of the product value is subject to duty calculation, orders with a product value of up to JPY 16,666 may be exempt from duties. Therefore, if the total product amount before applying points exceeds JPY 16,666, import duties, consumption tax, and customs clearance fees may be charged upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges
If you receive a defective product or an item different from what you ordered, we will arrange a return or exchange. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Please note that returns sent without prior notice will not be accepted.
