Shipping
If the delivery address is within Japan:
We will deliver your order via Sagawa Express; however, it may be subject to change depending on the delivery destination and order status. The shipping fee is a flat rate of 520 yen nationwide, and orders of 15,000 yen or more will be delivered free of charge. Additionally, for products other than accessories, we can accommodate your preferred delivery time slots (AM/12-2 PM/2-4 PM/4-6 PM/6-8 PM/8-9 PM).

If the delivery address is outside Japan:
We will ship your order internationally using Japan Post's International ePacket or EMS services. Shipping fees will be automatically calculated based on the destination region and weight.
Delivery Time
Shipping is only available on business days. Regarding Markins products, orders for which payment confirmation is received by 10 AM will generally be shipped the same day. For orders placed after that time, they will be shipped on the next business day.
For products other than Markins, they will generally be shipped within 3-5 business days.

Payment
Payments can be made via PayPal.
Returns
If you receive defective items or products other than what you ordered, we will accept returns or exchanges. Please be sure to contact us within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. If merchandise is returned without prior notice, we will not be able to accept the return, so please take note.
Please also note that we cannot accept exchanges or returns in the following cases:
- More than 7 days have passed since the merchandise arrived.
- The merchandise package has been opened (including accessories).
- The appearance of the merchandise differs from the image.
